Extraction ex2600 filter housings are designed for use with Extrction's chemical filter cells to protect chemically amplified photoresists and exposed optical surfaces by purifying the air entering exposure tool and coater/developer process tool enclosures.
The ex2600 filter housing, when equipped with Extractin's hybrid media chemical air filters (VaporSorb CSP Series), offers advanced protection against airborne molecular acids, bases and condensable organic compounds.
