QuickChangeR Plus 1500, 3000 Disposable Filters
Non-dewetting PTFE membrane filter pre-wet and packaged in high-purity DI water-- Eliminates prewetting and flushing cycles. Eliminates chemical usage while reducing system downtime during filter changeouts. Saves time, greatly increases equipment uptime.
Designed without O-rings-- High-purity connections avoid potential sources of contamination.
Available in retention ratings of 0.03 μm, 0.05 μm and 0.10 μm--Provides excellent small particle retention to ensure minimal particles remain on wafer surface.
Compact, disposable unit Requires less space for changeout. Minimizes downtime and simplifies changeout.
